Abstrak

This study aims (1) Carry out the process of designing and manufacturing the CP214 Pneumatic Squeezer machine into a Hot Dimple Portable machine (2) Taking advantage of every opportunity with the design and use of machines to be an advantage for the company (3) Providing solutions for jobs that are experiencing work stops, completing these jobs and meeting customer needs for the products being made. The results showed that the design and modification of the Squeezer Pneumatic CP214 machine into a portable Hot Dimple Stage machine that was passed was correct, proved to be effective and efficient and succeeded in being a solution to jobs that experienced job termination.
