MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL BERBINTANG LIMA DI KOTA BANDUNG

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Papandayan Hotel Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan The Papandayan Hotel Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan sampel sebesar 69 responden, model analisis menggunakan persamaan regresi linier dengan alat pengolahan data SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori tinggi, kinerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tingkat kontribusi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan mencapai 46,60% dan sisanya 53,40% yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan diakibatkan oleh faktor selain kepuasan kerja.Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja PegawaiDownloads
