Abstract

ABSTRAK Kewirausahaan imigran memegang peranan penting dalam ekonomi saat ini. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan pustaka tentang bisnis imigran. Dalam melakukan hal tersebut, dibahas beberapa tema: konsep wirausaha dan bisnis imigran, konsep keberlanjutan bisnis, integrasi pengembangan keberlanjutan ke dalam pemahaman bisnis, contoh penerapan keberlanjutan bisnis, dan kaitan keberlanjutan bisnis dengan bisnis imigran. Untuk tujuan ini, 12 artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal akademik dan 2 situs web bisnis diperiksa berdasarkan tujuan dan kerangka teoritis mereka. Ada kekurangan dalam pembangunan teori dan studi kualitatif di bidang pengetahuan ini. Atas dasar kajian tersebut, teridentifikasi beberapa celah dalam literatur yang perlu diisi dalam penelitian selanjutnya guna memperbesar pengetahuan ilmiah tentang bisnis imigran. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengusaha imigran dan aktivitas bisnisnya dapat menjadi sumber pengembangan kewirausahaan, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di masa depan.Kata kunci: imigran; bisnis; keberlanjutan; Tinjauan Literatur
