Jutikom welcomes submissions from researchers, lecturers, students, and practitioners from various national and international institutions, covering a wide range of topics in information and communication technology, including but not limited to: information systems, software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, big data, computer networks, cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), multimedia, digital image processing, embedded systems, cloud computing, mobile technology, human–computer interaction, and ICT-based educational technology.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous selection and peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers in their respective fields. The Journal of Information and Communication Technology is published biannually, in March and August.
