Repository Policy

Accounting Research Journal (Accrual) allows authors to deposit all versions of their articles in institutional, subject-based, or personal repositories.

This purpose of this policy is to support open access dissemination and long-term preservation of scholarly work.

The versions that may be deposited are as follows:

Submitted Version: the version submitted by the author before peer review. This version may be deposited n any repository at any time.

Accepted Version: The version accepted for publication after peer review before copyediting and layout. Authors may deposit this version immediately after acceptance.

Published Version: The final, published PDF may be deposited in institutional or public repositories, provided that a full bibliographic details and a DOI link to the Accounting Research Journal website are included.

Authors are encouraged to provide a proper citation and DOI link to ensure access to the official published version.
