Abstrak

This research was conducted by the author with the title: "STRATEGY OF HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT STRATEGY BY THE ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT OF BANDUNG REGENCY  The purpose of this study is to find out how the household waste Strategic Management  carried out by the Department of the Environment in the District of Soreang District, Bandung Regency, what factors are obstacles and what efforts are made to overcome these. The research method used is a qualitative analysis with data collection techniques in this study is the study of literature, field studies and interviews. The results of this study what the authors have done shows that the right strategy can produce the right ways to manage waste. Strategy is a process of determining the plans of top leaders who focus on the long-term goals of the organization, accompanied by the preparation of a way or effort so that these goals can be achieved. To find out the right strategy the author uses a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). SWOT matrix, where the application is how strengths are able to take advantage of opportunities that exist, how to overcome weaknesses that prevent the advantages of opportunities that exist, and then how strengths (strengths) able to deal with threats (threats) that exist, and the last is how to overcome weaknesses (weaknesses) that are able to make threats (threats) become real or create a new threat.
