Plagiarism Check
Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to the Indept: Industrial Electronics of Aviation (INDEPT) will undergo plagiarism and self-plagiarism screening using reliable plagiarism detection software and online search engines. This screening process is conducted to ensure the originality, academic integrity, and scientific quality of every article published in the journal.
Article Withdrawal
Article withdrawal applies only to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication but have not yet been formally published (articles in press). Withdrawal may occur if substantial errors, duplicate submissions, or violations of publication ethics are identified, including but not limited to simultaneous submission to multiple journals, false claims of authorship, plagiarism, or the use of unreliable or unverifiable data.
Withdrawn articles will be removed from the online platform (HTML and PDF) and replaced with an official notice page stating that the article has been withdrawn in accordance with INDEPT’s publication ethics policy.
Article Retraction
Article retraction applies to articles that have already been published and are later found to involve serious violations of academic and publication ethics, such as plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, manipulation of research results, false authorship claims, or duplicate publication. This policy is implemented to uphold transparency, academic honesty, and publication integrity.
Article Removal: Legal Considerations
In extremely limited circumstances, an article may be completely removed from the journal’s online database if it is proven to be defamatory, infringes copyright or legal rights of others, poses a serious health risk if acted upon, or becomes subject to legal proceedings.
In such cases, the article metadata (title and authors) will be retained, while the full text will be replaced with a notification page indicating that the article has been removed for legal reasons.
