Abstrak

This study aims to describe an analyse the influene of the job motivation and leadership on the performance of employees in BKBPP Manggarai. Population in this study were all employees, amounting to 70 people. So this study is cencus research. Analytical tool used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis. Before to regression test, first tested the validity and reliability also the classic assumption test. Result showed that the factors that most influence the performance of employees is leadership, ths is evidenced by the largest value of standardized coeficient. Leadership in a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the better and the application of leadership conductive to increase the performance of employees. Work motivation has positive and significant impact on employee performance, means to increase job motivation factors will improve employee performance.
