PROGRAM PEMBINAAN ANAK TERLANTAR DI DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Abstrak

            The research conducted by the writer is written in the form of a thesis with the title "IMPLEMENTATION OF CHILDREN COACHING PROGRAM POLICY PROGRAM IN THE SOCIAL BANDUNG DISTRICT".             The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of policies related to neglected child development programs in the Bandung District Social Service. Researchers used the Van Metter and Van Horn Implementation model in Agustino who argued that the top-down approach model formulated by Van Metter and Van Horn was called the A model of the policy implementation. The research method used by the writer is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques that the authors use in this study are observation of interviews, documentation, triangulation or combination. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis according to Spradley in Moleong.             Based on the results of research that the author has done shows that in the neglected child coaching program in the Bandung Regency Social Service namely human resources in serving neglected children administration is still lacking.
