STUDI KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM DI SUMEDANG INDONESIA

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan pada rumah sakit syariah yang berada di kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, proses pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling, jumlah sampel minimum berdasarkan metode Bernoulli dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai terbaik terlihat penampilan dokter rapih dan bersih, dokter bersikap sopan dan ramah serta Rumah sakit memiliki ruang periksa yang bersih dan nyaman. Pelayanan yang harus segera diperbaiki seperti kebersihan toilet, ruang rawat inap nyaman, kecepatan respon perawat, kerjasama dengan rekanan terbaik.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Importance Performance Analysis, Rumah Sakit Islam
